1. create a new book
2. add book to a shelf
3. copy shelf permissions to all books

Permission level of shelves

Admins can see all shelves and contained books
Editors can see Editor Shelf, Viewer Shelf, Public Shelf
Viewers can see Viewer Shelf, Public Shelf
Public user can see Public Shelf

Admin Administrator of the whole application.
Editors can edit Books, Chapters & Pages.
Viewers can view books & their content behind authentication.
Public is anybody not signed in.
